雷声大，雨点小。Léishēng dà, yǔdiǎn xiǎo. Much said but little done；More talk than action
“雷声大,雨点小”是个常见的习惯用语,含有贬义。形容计划很大，说得响亮，或者声势造得很大，而实际行动却很少。
“雷声大,雨点小”is a common idiom with derogatory sense. It indicates one who has great plan but just do little.
1、甲：他保证一个月完成这项工作，现在却还没做完。
Jiă: Tā bǎozhèng yí ge yuè wánchéng zhè xiàng gōngzuò, xiànzài què hái méi zuòwán.
A: He assured he would finish the work in a month but he has not done yet.
